  Flew into town and needed my dress steamed for a wedding in 2 days. Whoever answered the phone was rude and laughed in my face and said it was impossible. All he had to say was sorry, we are too busy. Called Plaza Dry cleaners down the road from them and they said no problem you will get it same day or next day depending on when it's dropped off.
