  The woman at the desk wasn’t very inviting. She spoke with people calling in on the phone rolling her eyes and complaining about their questions. I had an appointment but waited over 30 min over my appt time to even go back. When I questioned the front desk she said they had two walk ins. I asked why should I even make an appointment if it doesn’t matter with walk ins. I should have just done the same. Will never be back.
